Abstract Art Therapy: Emotions on Canvas
Our Abstract Art Therapy workshop provided a safe and open space for participants to channel their emotions onto canvas. Through guided exercises, attendees explored color psychology and expressive brushwork to create deeply personal artworks. The focus was on the creative process rather than the final product, allowing for genuine self-expression.
This therapeutic session was designed to help individuals unwind, de-stress, and connect with their inner selves. Many participants found the experience empowering and left with a sense of clarity and accomplishment, along with a unique abstract piece that reflected their emotions.
